Form of Identity
You’ll need to verify your identity with a driver’s license or other form of government issued ID. This is to protect us and you.
Payment Information
We’ll need either your Bank Account information (free to join + no processing fee on transactions) or a Credit Card (one-time $5 credit card verification fee + 3% credit card processing fee for all transactions) to pay for fuel.
After You Apply
Download The App
Download the app for either iPhone or Android using the email address you applied with. Track your savings, find nearby fuel locations, and view real-time prices before you arrive. The Open Roads app puts everything you need right in your pocket – from transaction history to station maps. It’s the easiest way to maximize your fuel discounts on the road.

Priority Processing
If you need your application processed within 48 hours we have an expedited option that is an additional charge of $20. This means that we will send your card via USPS within two business days.
Overnight Delivery
If you would like overnight delivery, it will be sent by FedEx for $75.
Notice: If you are wanting it overnighted, you will need to make sure you click on the instant bank verification process as the other two options take several days to verify.
Fees
Our fee is 10% of the savings. So, if you save $10, our fee is $1. If using a credit card, there is a fee of 3% of what is owed for fuel. When setting up a credit card there will be a $5 activation fee. It is a one-time fee.

How much can I really save on fuel?
Members typically save 40-50¢ per gallon at participating locations. Savings vary by station and location.
Why do I have to provide my payment information?
The Open Roads fuel card basically works like a debit card. By linking your bank account or credit card youre able to buy fuel at our 3,800+ merchants nationwide.
Where will you ship my card?
When filling out the application, please put your permanent address. If you are selecting the overnight option, please email support@myopenroads.com with the address you want it to be shipped to.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, download the TSD Open Roads app for iPhone or Android to track your savings, find nearby locations, and view real-time fuel prices.
Is the fuel card for gasoline or diesel, or both?
The fuel card can only be used for diesel in the truck lanes with high flow nozzles.
