Join us for the inaugural Open Roads Insider’s Rally in the stunning Great Smoky Mountains. This exclusive gathering brings Open Roads RVers together for connection, education, and adventure in peak fall color.
Enjoy fun social events, guided Smoky Mountain leaf-viewing tours, and educational seminars designed to help you make the most of life on the road. Attendees can also explore vendor booths featuring products and services tailored to the RV lifestyle.
For sponsors, the rally offers a unique opportunity to connect face-to-face with a highly engaged audience of RV owners and travelers.
The road brings us together — now it’s time to rally.
Registration is $750.
This includes up to 2 adults and your camping spot for 3 nights.
Also included: a welcome reception, two catered dinners, live entertainment, bourbon tasting, engaging educational seminars, access to our vendor marketplace, and exclusive giveaways you won’t want to miss!
There will be an option to add a leaf-viewing guided bus tour for $50 per person and a t-shirt for $25 per shirt. This is optional and space will be limited for leaf-viewing.
Once you register with Open Roads, you'll be given instructions to secure your site with The Ridge.
WHO?
Anyone within the Open Roads community can register for the Insider's Rally.
WHAT?
The Rally will showcase our partners, Open Roads offerings, adventures and events, and the best Tennessee has to offer.
WHEN?
Check-in is the afternoon of November 1, and check-out is the morning of November 4, 2026. There is a discounted rate to stay AFTER the rally. Itinerary to come.
WHERE?
The Insider's Rally will be hosted at The Ridge Outdoor Resort in Sevierville, TN (just outside of Pigeon Forge). Register here first, then you'll receive instructions to secure your space.
Please note: This rally is first-come, first-serve. From the overwhelming response we've already had, we plan to sale out quickly. There is no guarantee when you fill out this form you will have a rally spot. You will receive confirmation once you are booked, and we will update everyone as soon as possible when we're sold out.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, call 903-831-8955 or email trape@myopenroads.com ASAP.
- Cancellations before 11:59 pm Central Time on August 18, 2026 are entitled to a full refund, minus $100 administrative fee.
- Cancellations before 11:59 pm Central Time on September 17, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 11:59 pm Central Time on September 17, 2026.
- All ticket sales after September 17, 2026 are final.
- If Open Roads has to cancel the Event or Activity, you would receive a full refund of your registration.
This cancellation policy is FIRM. There are NO exceptions.
