Gina Leeper

President & CEO

Gina Leeper was named Executive Director of Open Roads in January 2024 and now serves as President & CEO. As Executive Director, Gina was directly responsible for all marketing efforts, financial accounting, customer experience, and banking relationships. She also worked closely with Open Roads' Director of Business Development to continue growing the fuel merchant network and introduce more of the RV community to Open Roads fuel discounts.

Prior to her role as Executive Director, Gina served as Controller of TSD Logistics Inc., Open Roads’ parent company, since 2015. In addition to her financial leadership, she was instrumental in developing and growing what would soon become Open Roads.

In 2023, Open Roads officially formed its own company, Open Roads Solutions, Inc. As of January 2024, Gina shifted her focus exclusively to the growth and development of Open Roads, helping position the company for its next phase of expansion.

Gina and her husband, Jason, are the parents of four children. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and enjoys spending time with her family—and was recently promoted to her favorite new title, “Lolli.”
