No, you can pay directly at the pump using your Open Roads card. You also get access to truck lanes at participating locations.
How long does it take to get my fuel card?
We are at least 15-20 days out on getting your card in the mail to you from the day we receive your application. We ship the cards via USPS. There are options to receive your card sooner on the application.

How much does it cost?
The transponder setup fee is just $36 ($25 is placed on your account for replenishment, $10 for shipping, $1 for taxes), then a small annual fee of $24 per year. The initial setup fee and annual fee will be charged to your credit card on file with Innovative Toll Solution that you provide at enrollment.
